Oh my, I was so scared I wasn’t going to be able to release Episode 6 of The Nalie Show today…

Last Friday, I was hospitalized due to dehydration. I hadn’t eaten in 4 days due to several abdominal pain due to a brutal round 3 chemotherapy.

I didn’t have any more episodes edited…

But luckily last night I felt ALOT better! And you know me… when I feel good I feel great! So here it issss!

Was fitness part of your New Year’s Resolutions this year and you haven’t really stuck with it? Maybe it’s because you need to switch your perspective before you switch your diet! On today’s episode of The Nalie Show, Fitness Blogger and Bulimia Survivor, Brenda talks about her 10 year battle with the eating disorder and how fitness SAVED her life.

What do you do? I’m a Fitness Blogger

What is YOUR battle?: I battled bulimia for almost 10 years. Those 10 years were the most difficult years of my life.

How did you beat your battle or how do you fight your battle every day?: Fitness saved me. Fitness has given me the confidence that I never had.

What is your favourite drink?: Chilled red wine

If you could TEACH anyone anything, what would you teach them?: Self-love
