5 Tips to Honour a Loved One w/ Cancer by Chris Draft – former NFL linebacker and lung cancer advocate

July 10, 2017

Hi Sweet Soul,

On today’s episode of The Nalie Show,

I take you back to Charleston, South Carolina, where thanks to Extended Stay America and the American Cancer Society, I get to interview Chris Draft – former NFL linebacker and now lung cancer advocate through his Chris Draft Family Foundation.

It all started when Chris sadly lost his wife Keasha to stage 4 lung cancer in 2011, just 1 month after their wedding. Keasha was a professional dancer for the Charlotte Hornets. She was fit, healthy and never smoked a day in her life.

Chris was with her every step of the way and said she kept positive and smiling until her last breath.

As difficult as it was to talk about, I asked Chris how he’s doing today, what he did and what he’s still doing to honour Keasha’s legacy…

Together we share 5 TIPS TO HONOUR A LOVED ONE WITH CANCER!
